Rules

The 2011 /12 Golf Gives Back Lottery is governed by the following rules:

• Only 5,000 tickets will be sold. Tickets are $20 each
• Only Ontario residents are eligible to win a prize
• Ticket purchaser(s) and/or contestant(s) must be at least 18 years of age
• Contestants may enter as often as they wish
• Tickets must be paid in full to be eligible to win a prize
• A ticket purchase is not eligible for a tax receipt
• The name, address and telephone numbers of contestant(s) must appear in the appropriate place on the ticket application
• Ticket applications, and payment in full, must be received by the Rotary Clubs of Burlington Central and Lakeshore at least 72 hours prior to the Early Bird Draw dates to be eligible for that draw
• Winners agree to allow the Rotary Clubs of Burlington Central and Lakeshore to publish their names and/or pictures
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded
• All Prize values are as stated. Prizes may not be exactly as illustrated
• In the event an Early Bird prize is no longer available, the Rotary Clubs of Burlington Central and Lakeshore, may, at their discretion, substitute a cash amount equivalent to the stated value of the prize
• After each ticket is drawn and the information recorded, it will be returned to the drum and be eligible to win all future draws. After each ticket is drawn, the drum will be rotated at least 3 times
• Early Bird Prize winners are also eligible for subsequent Early Bird Draws, as well as the Grand Prize Draws
• First Super Early Birdie draw for the TPC Sawgrass Weekend Escape to Florida will take place on Tuesday October 12th, 2011
• The second Early Birdie draw for the Las Vegas Excursion will be drawn at the Burlington Golf and Country at 8:00 AM on Sunday January 29th, 2012
• Wining tickets are returned to the drum and eligible for all subsequent drawings
• Grand Prize Draw to take place at 4:00 pm, Sunday March 4th
• Results will be published on the website www.golfgivesback.org within one week after the a prize drawing
• Round trip airfare for all trips via Toronto, Niagara Falls New York or Buffalo New York
• Members and their families of the Rotary Clubs of Burlington Central and Lakeshore are not eligible to win
• Liability of Lottery Licensee shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket
• Ticket purchaser(s) and/or contestant(s) acknowledge having read and agreed to these Lottery Rules
• Winners of travel prizes are responsible for obtaining any out of province health and automobile insurance

Winning tickets will be drawn under the supervision of the firm of Durward Jones Barkwell LPP and shall be deemed correct if there is a discrepancy in numbers. Liability of the Rotary Clubs of Burlington Lakeshore and Central shall be limited to the ticket price paid.

In the event an Early Bird prize is no longer available, the Rotary Clubs of Burlington Central and Lakeshore may, at their discretion, substitute a cash amount equivalent to the stated value of the prize

Early Bird Prize winners are also eligible for subsequent Early Bird Draws, as well as the Grand Prize Draws

All travel prize winners must confirm travel bookings within thirty days of being notified of prize win or the prize may be forfeited.
